CenturyLink, Inc. (CTL) Thursday said Jim Ousley, Chief Executive Officer, has decided to retire from the company effective April 1. Ousley will be replaced by Jeff Von Deylen.
Deylen joined the copmpany as CFO and was promoted to president in November 2012.
