Oracle Corp. (ORCL) reported third quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.65 after the bell Wednesday, up from $0.62 a year ago. Total revenues were down 1% to $9.0 billion. The consensus estimates were for EPS of $0.66 and revenues of $9.38 billion.
Oracle gapped open sharply lower Thursday, but traded in a range for the majority of the session. The stock finished down by 3.47 at $32.30 on the highest volume of the year. Oracle sank to a 3-month low and fell below its 50-day moving average.
