Enerplus CEO Gordon Kerr To Retire; COO Dundas Named Successor

Enerplus Corp. (ERF.TO,ERF) said Thursday that its President & Chief Executive Officer, Gordon Kerr, will be retiring effective June 30.

Ian Dundas, currently the company's Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Kerr as President & Chief Executive Officer.

Kerr will also be retiring as a Director of Enerplus on June 30, and Dundas will assume a director role at that time.

Dundas joined Enerplus in 2002.
