ElringKlinger AG (EGKLF.PK) said it would propose a regular dividend of 0.45 euros a share for fiscal 2012, up 12.5% compared with last year. The Annual General Meeting would convene on May 16, 2013, at the Liederhalle Culture and Congress Center in Stuttgart.
While sales revenue in 2012 advanced by 9.1% year-on-year to 1.13 billion euros, from 1.03 billion euros, the Group managed to lift its net income after non-controlling interests and adjusted for non-recurring items by 9.6% to 85.9 million euros.
The dividend payout would total 28.5 million euros.
