Revenues grew 37 percent to $258.2 million from $188.6 million last year. Analysts expected sales of $261.54 million. Full year adjusted EPS is expected to be between $1.90 and $1.98, compared to the consensus estimate of $1.99.
Mattress Firm gapped open sharply higher Wednesday and is now up 1.98 at $33.00. The stock has climbed to nearly a 5-month high and is now challenging resistance.
