After-market Movers For Mar. 27 (VRNT, GBX, LCC, PVH, RHT, FIVE, AEGN)

Shares of Verint Systems Inc. (VRNT) rose more than 6% in after hours trading after the business software maker reported forecast-beating fourth quarter results.

Greenbrier Companies, Inc. (GBX) shares gained more than 6% in extended hours trading after the company said that it has received new orders in January, February, and March for 5,400 railcar units valued at about $575 million.

Shares of US Airways Group Inc. (LCC) climbed more than 3% in late trading after a U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge approved the $11 billion merger of US Airways with American Airlines parent AMR Corp.

PVH Corp. (PVH) shares lost more than 4% in after hours trading after the apparel maker forecast first quarter and fiscal 2013 earnings below analysts' current consensus estimates.

Shares of Red Hat Inc. (RHT) fell more than 3% in extended hours trading after the world's largest seller of open-sourced Linux operating system reported fourth quarter revenues that fell short of analysts' expectations.

Five Below Inc. (FIVE) shares slumped more than 7% in late trading after the specialty retailer gave a weak outlook for the first quarter and fiscal year 2013.

Shares of Aegion Corp. (AEGN) slipped more than 3% in after hours trading after the company said it expects first quarter earnings to be in the range of $0.04 to $0.08 per share, below previous expectations as a result of project delays associated with adverse weather conditions in the quarter as well as customer directed delays for several scheduled contracts for the Energy & Mining and Commercial & Structural platforms.
