Hampton Roads Bankshares Inc. (HMPR) Thursday said it has appointed Thomas Dix as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective April 1.
Dix previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. Dix will report to Douglas Glenn, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Previously, CFO Stephen Theobald had announced his resignation to join Walker & Dunlop Inc as its CFO. The company has engaged Matthews, Young - Management Consulting to conduct a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.
