ADT Corp. (ADT) said Thursday that its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Kathryn Mikells, is leaving the company, effective May 2, to assume the role of chief financial officer at Xerox Corp. (XRX).
Mikells will remain with ADT through its second fiscal quarter earnings report on May 1, 2013.
ADT said it has begun a search for a new chief financial officer.
