International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) said Monday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 3.20% senior notes due 2023.
The offering is expected to close on April 4.
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes of the offering for general corporate purposes, including working capital. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
