Accretive Health, Inc. (AH) Tuesday said its has appointed Stephen Schuckenbrock as its President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 3. Schuckenbrock replaces Mary Tolan who has been elected as chairman of the board.
Stephen Schuckenbrock most recently served as president of Dell Services, prior to which he was co-COO, EVP of global sales and services for EDS. Before EDS he was COO of The Feld Group.
Current chairman of the Board Michael Cline will continue to serve as a director of the company.
