Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (ETP) announced it has priced a public offering of 12.00 million common units representing limited partner interests at $48.05 per common unit.
The company said that it will use net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for general partnership purposes. The offering is scheduled to close on April 10, 2013.
ETP stated that it also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 1.80 million additional common units.
