Harsco Names Nicholas Grasberger CFO - Quick Facts

Harsco Corp. (HSC) announced the appointment of Nicholas Grasberger as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective April 22.

Grasberger served most recently as the Managing Director of the multinational Precision Polymers Division of Fenner Plc. Prior to joining Fenner, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Armstrong Holdings Inc. He started his career in 1985 with USX Corporation.

Chipmaker Qualcomm is reportedly in talks with NXP Semiconductor NV (NXPI) for a possible acquisition, reports said.
