CNH Capital LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CNH Global N.V. (CNH) Monday said it has completed its previously announced private offering of $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.625 percent notes due 2018, issued at par.
The notes will pay interest semi-annually on April 15 and October 15 of each year, beginning on October 15, and are guaranteed by CNH Capital America LLC and New Holland Credit Company, LLC.
The net proceeds from the offering is estimated to be around $594.2 million after payment of offering and other related expenses.
