Swedish telecom equipment major LM Ericsson Telephone Co. (ERIC) Tuesday said a dividend of 2.75 Swedish Krona per share was approved at the annual general meeting. The record day for dividend was set to April 12, 2013. Payment from Euroclear Sweden AB is expected to take place on April 17, 2013.
At the meeting, Leif Johansson was reelected as Chairman of the Board. Roxanne Austin, Peter Bonfield, Borje Ekholm, Alexander Izosimov, Ulf Johansson, Sverker Martin-Lof, Hans Vestberg and Jacob Wallenberg were re-elected to the Board and Nora Denzel, Kristin Skogen Lund and Par Ostberg were elected new members of the Board.
