Express Scripts Inc. (ESRX), on Tuesday asked its share holders to reject an unsolicited "mini-tender" offer by TRC Capital Corp for the purchase up to 2 million common shares of Express Scripts, or about 0.24 percent of shares outstanding, for a purchase price of $55.75 per share.
Express Scripts in a statement said it did not 'endorse' TRC Capital's. The company added that the price offered was below the company' current market price and was subject to numerous conditions.
