Rocky Mountain Bank CEO Danny Skarda Leaving

Rocky Mountain Bank, a subsidiary of Heartland Financial USA, Inc., (HTLF), said Friday that its president and CEO, Danny Skarda, will be leaving the bank effective April 24.

Curtis Chrystal, Rocky Mountain Bank's executive vice president and chief credit officer, will serve as interim president and CEO.

Chrystal's experience includes positions as regional president with U.S. Bank, business banking manager at Wells Fargo Bank and President and CEO at First National Bank & Trust in Junction City, Kansas.

Skarda will join Herring Bank in Amarillo, Texas as its president and CEO.
