Navistar International Corp. (NAV) Tuesday said its Board of Directors has appointed Jack Allen as its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.
Allen has previously held presidential roles for North America Truck and Navistar's Engine Group. He has also served as VP and GM of the company's Parts organization.
