ChemoCentryx, Inc. (CCXI), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 5 million shares of its common stock at $12.00 per share.
In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of its common stock. The offering is expected to close on April 22, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
