Cline Mining Says Brian Tobin Resigns From Board

Cline Mining Corp. (CMK.TO) said Brian Tobin has resigned from the Board of Directors effective immediately, to become Vice-Chair of BMO Capital Markets, the investment and corporate banking arm of BMO Financial Group. Tobin joined the Board of Cline in February.

Cline appointed, effective immediately subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange, Daniel Veniez to its Board of Directors.

Veniez is currently president of DDV Enterprises Inc. and Chairman of Pink Lotus Infrastructure Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in the global resource sector, including coal and forest products.

He has overseen the restructuring of several companies and has extensive public policy experience at the federal and provincial levels. Veniez is based in Vancouver.
