Daqo New Energy Corp. (DQ), polysilicon manufacturer based in China, announced its chief operation officer, Qiangmin Zhou has resigned for personal reasons. The company noted that its chief executive officer, Gongda Yao will serve as acting chief operation officer.
The company said that Zhou's decision was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or its Board on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
