EBay Inc. (EBAY) Is Declining After Q1 Earnings Report

eBay Inc. (EBAY) reported first quarter adjusted net income of $0.63 per share after the bell Wednesday, compared to $0.55 per share last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.62. The company expects to report second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.61 to $0.63 and between $2.70 and $2.75 for the full year 2013. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.66 and $2.75. The stock is now down 1.50 on 2 million shares.

eBay declined until mid-morning Wednesday and finished with a loss of 0.91 at $56.10. The stock closed near the middle of a 2 1/2 week range.
