Uni-Pixel, Inc. (UNXL) on Wednesday announced a proposed underwritten public offering of its common stock.
The company to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The intended offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering, the company said.
Cowen and Company, LLC and Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the intended offering.
