Williams Partners L.P. (WPZ) said Monday that the regular quarterly cash distribution its unit-holders receive has been increased to $0.8475 per unit.
The board of directors of the partnership's general partner has approved the quarterly cash distribution, which is payable on May 10, to unit-holders of record on May 3.
Also, The new per-unit amount is a 9% increase over the partnership's distribution of $0.7775 per unit that was paid in May 2012. It is also a 2-42% increase over the partnership's fourth-quarter 2012 distribution of $0.8275 per unit.
