Hasbro Inc. (HAS) reported first quarter adjusted EPS of $0.05 Monday morning, compared to $0.04 a year ago. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.04.
Hasbro gapped open higher Monday, but traded in a narrow range for the majority of the session. The stock closed up by 1.53 at $46.55, with volume at a 3-month high. Hasbro climbed above a week and a half long range and set a new high for the year.
