Gainers:

Apple Inc. (AAPL) is up 1 percent to $402.00 ahead of the release of its quarterly results.

Coach, Inc. (COH) is surging 13 percent to $402.00. The company's third quarter profit and net sales improved from the prior year period and were above Wall Street view. The company also raised its cash dividend by $0.15 per share on an annual basis.

Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) is jumping 24 percent to $216.05 following the release of its quarterly results.

ARM Holdings plc (ARMH) is rising 10 percent to $44.27. The company's first quarter profit and revenue surged from the prior year period. The company said it expects group revenues for the full-year 2013 to be at least in line with current market expectations.

Travelers Companies, Inc. (TRV) is up 3 percent to $87.00. The company's first quarter earnings were higher than prior year and its operating earnings per share topped Wall Street view.

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) is up over 1 percent to $11.89 based on the news that it was upgraded by Morgan Stanley to overweight.

MEMSIC, Inc. (MEMS) is surging 50 percent to $4.07 following the news that it agreed to be acquired by IDG-Accel China Capital II, L.P. and its affiliates, for $4.225 per share.

Decliners:

RadioShack Corp. (RSH) is down over 7 percent to $2.91. The company's first quarter loss widened from the year-ago quarter. Total net sales and operating revenues also declined from the prior year period, with comparable-store sales down 5.7 percent. Meanwhile, the company noted that the 100 day plan is on track.

Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (IRWD) is falling 12 percent to $15.68. The company's first quarter loss widened from the previous year period on lower revenues and sharply higher cost and expenses.
