Panera Bread Co. (PNRA) Tuesday said Ron Shaich will reprise his role as the company's Chief Executive Officer, effective August 1. Ron replaces President and Co-CEO Bill Moreton who will take up the role of executive vice chairman.
Shaich is the founder and longtime CEO of the company, and have been serving as Co-CEO from March 2012 to date.
