The company expects to report second quarter EPS of $0.15 to $0.20 and between $0.80 and $1.00 for the full year 2013. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.11 and $0.79.
iRobot gapped up sharply Wednesday and climbed sharply during the first 45 minutes of trade, before settling into a range. The stock closed up by 3.38 at $28.04, with volume at a 4-month high. iRobot broke out past resistance and set a new high for the year.
