Go-Ahead Group plc (GOG.L) said the year-to-date trading has been resilient and remains confident that it would deliver a full-year result in line with its view.
With the company's bus division continuing to perform well, the Group remains on track to achieve its target to organically grow bus operating profit to 100 million pounds by 2015/16.
The Group added that it remains in a good financial position with strong cash generation and a robust balance sheet, underpinning the dividend policy and allowing flexibility to pursue value-adding opportunities.
