Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.47 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
Net revenues for the quarter rose to $425.2 million from $364.7 million in the prior year quarter, while eighteen analysts had consensus revenue estimate of $420.37 million for the quarter.
For the third quarter of 2013, the company anticipates non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.53 and revenue of approximately $435 million.
Analysts expect the company to report earnings of $0.52 per share on revenues of $443.21 million for the third quarter.
