KLA-Tencor Corp. (KLAC) reported third quarter adjusted EPS of $1.01 after the close Thursday, down from $1.27 in the prior year period. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.86. KLA-Tencor gapped open sharply lower Friday and is now down 5.16 at $50.74. The stock is now testing support and its 200-day moving average, trading at a 3-week low.
