ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. (ARCW) announced the appointment of Robert Marten as Chief Executive Officer or CEO of the company as well as a member of the company's Board effective immediately. Marten succeeds Mr. Theodore Deinard, who has resigned as the Interim Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Company's Board.
The company said that Deinard will stay with the Company in a leadership role, as CEO of the Company's Arc Wireless subsidiary.
Also, the Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Willard Walker Jr. and Gregory Wallis as new directors effective immediately. Walker and Wallis shall serve as members of the Board's Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Jerrold H. Abrahams shall continue to serve as the Company's designated Audit Committee Financial Expert.
The new Directors shall replace outgoing directors Jonathan Bernstein, Lynn Wunderman, and Viktor Nemeth, who have resigned from the company's Board, ARC Group stated.
