Adjusted net income from continuing operations amounted to $19.42 million, or $0.51 per share in the recent period. On average, 13 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings per share of $0.40 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude one-time items.
Further, the board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, payable June 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on May 24, 2013.
