Multimedia Games Inc. (MGAM) reported second quarter EPS of $0.31 Tuesday morning, up from $0.24 in the prior year period. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.19. The company also increased its full year 2013 EPS forecast to between $0.98 and $1.02, from previous expectations of $0.79 to $0.84. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.83.
Multimedia Games has gapped open sharply higher Tuesday and is now up 4.32 at $24.50. The stock has jumped to a new high for the year.
