ManTech International Corporation (MANT) Wednesday reported first-quarter net income of $20.1 million or $0.54 per share, compared to $25.6 million or $0.69 per share in the same quarter last year.
Meanwhile, revenues for the quarter were $646.0 million, compared to $676.5 million in the same quarter prior year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected earnings of $0.58 per share on revenues of $646.08 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
The company declared dividend of $0.21 per share, payable on June 21 to stockholders on June 7, 2013.
Looking forward to the full year 2013, the company now expects to achieve revenues of $2.60 billion and earnings of $84.5 million, $2.28 per share. The company had previosly estimated per share earnings of $2.36 for 2013.
Analysts currently estimate earnings of $2.27 per share on revenues of $2.53 billion for the quarter.
