Gainers:

BlackBerry (BBRY) is rising over 1 percent to $15.97. The company announced that the U.S. Department of Defense has approved BlackBerry 10 smartphones and BlackBerry PlayBook tablets with BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 to be used on DoD networks.

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) is gaining 2 percent to $68.74. The company's third quarter earnings and revenues improved from the prior year period. The company also raised the lower end of its earnings and revenue growth forecast for fiscal 2013.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (REGN) is rising 4 percent to $259.00. The company's first quarter profit and revenues surged from the year-ago quarter. The company raised its sales guidance for Eylea. The company also expanded its ophthalmology portfolio by acquiring full exclusive rights to two families of novel antibodies.

Decliners:

LinkedIn Corp. (LNKD) is falling 9 percent to $183.70 following the release of its quarterly results. The company's first quarter profit and revenue surged from the year-ago quarter and were above Wall Street view. Meanwhile, the company forecast second quarter revenue below the consensus estimate.

Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (CETV) is falling 10 percent to $2.82. The company announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 54.44 million shares of its Class A common stock at $2.75 per share.

ZAGG Inc. (ZAGG) is down 24 percent to $5.21, Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ARNA) is declining 13 percent to $7.31, Guidance Software, Inc. (GUID) is down 20 percent to $8.00 after the release of their quarterly results.
