SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd., through Centrum Capital Ltd., made an offer for buy-back of its equity shares of Rs.10 each, subject to a maximum number of 15.50 lakh shares or 15.48 percent voting rights or minimum shares of 3.88 lakh shares, at a price of Rs.300 apiece from Open Market through Stock Exchanges.
The date of opening and last date of the buy-back is May 20, 2013, and May 03, 2014, respectively.
At the BSE, SMS Pharmaceuticals shares are currently trading at Rs.238.45, up 8.39 percent from the previous close.
