Gainers:

Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) is rising 2 percent to $25.76.

MBIA Inc. (MBI) is adding over 3 percent to $14.80, after closing up 45 percent in yesterday's regular trading session. Bank of America Corp. (BAC) yesterday agreed to pay MBIA $1.7 billion to settle a five-year legal battle over soured home-loan mortgages.

Fossil, Inc. (FOSL) is gaining 4 percent to $103.20. The company's first quarter profit improved from the prior year period. Net sales for the quarter rose from the year-ago quarter and topped the consensus estimate.

Himax Technologies, Inc. (HIMX) is rising 5 percent to $6.30. The company forecast higher earnings per share on both GAAP and non-GAAP basis for its second quarter. The company also projected revenues for the second quarter to increase 17 percent to 20 percent sequentially.

CommVault Systems, Inc. (CVLT) is up 7 percent to $83.66. The company's fourth quarter profit surged from the prior year period and its non-GAAP earnings per share were above Wall Street view. Total revenues for the quarter rose 21 percent and topped the consensus estimate.

Santarus, Inc. (SNTS) is rising 10 percent to $20.85 following the release of its first quarter results.

Decliners:

Aruba Networks, Inc. (ARUN) is plunging 18 percent to $18.00 as it lowered its third quarter forecast stating that it saw a push out in customer orders across the Americas, Europe and Asia in April. The company attributed this weakness primarily to a challenging economic environment worldwide.

General Growth Properties, Inc. (GGP) is down over 1 percent to $22.95. The company announced that certain funds affiliated with The Blackstone Group have agreed to sell 23.43 million company shares of common stock through public offering.

Generac Holdings Inc. (GNRC) is falling more than 3 percent to $36.88. The company announced a secondary offering of 9 million shares of its common stock by funds affiliated with CCMP Capital.
