Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC (DPH.L) said that third quarter group revenue was 14.6 percent ahead of last year and nine months group revenue increased by 18.4 percent over the corresponding prior year period.
For the third quarter, European Pharmaceuticals segment revenues rose 69.8 percent, US Pharmaceuticals revenue declined 14.4% and revenue in the services segment decreased by 2.5 percent.
The company stated that the strong performance reported in the first half of the financial year has been partly offset by a weaker than expected third quarter. Following good trading in April, the Board does not anticipate that the third quarter's performance will materially impact its expectations for the full year.
