Talisman Energy Inc. (TLM.TO,TLM) said Wednesday that it has appointed Paul Smith as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 20.
Paul is currently the company's Executive Vice-President, North America.
Scott Thomson, Talisman's current CFO, is leaving the company to become President and Chief Executive Officer of Finning International, the world's largest Caterpillar equipment dealer headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Paul Smith joined Talisman in 2009 and soon after was appointed Executive Vice-President, North America.
