Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc. (AHT) Wednesday reported first-quarter loss of $14.69 million, down from $21.22 million in the comparable quarter last year.
Net loss attributable to common shareholders narrowed to $23.18 million or $0.34 per share from $29.55 million or $0.44 per share last year.
Proforma RevPAR improved 3.4 percent to $99.48 for all hotels in the Legacy portfolio. RevPAR was up 3.3 percent in ADR.
Revenues totaled $231.94 million, up from $217.06 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $233.70 million.
