Media reports out this morning have stated that Microsoft (MSFT) is considering an offer to acquire all of Nook Media's digital assets from Barnes & Noble (BKS).
Barnes & Noble gapped open sharply higher Thursday morning and is now up 3.71 at $21.48 on above average volume. The stock has jumped to a new high for the year.
