Priceline.com Inc. (PCLN) Is Declining After Q1 Report

priceline.com Inc. (PCLN) reported first quarter non-GAAP EPS of $5.76 after the bell Thursday, up from $4.28 a year ago. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $5.27. The company expects to report second quarter non-GAAP EPS of $8.87 to $9.45. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $9.58. The stock is now down 19.50 on 222K shares.

priceline.com traded in a range for the bulk of Thursday's session and closed up by 2.23 at $737.50. The stock closed challenging the upper end of a 1-month range at the highs of the year.
