The National have released the video for a new song called "Sea of Love," from their upcoming album, Trouble Will Find Me. The video is directed by Sophia Peer and is an homage to '80s Russian band Zvuki Mu's "Grubiy Zakat" clip.

The band's new album is set for release on May 20 and will feature appearances by St Vincent, Sharon Van Etten and Sufjan Stevens. The Craig Silvey-produced record is the follow-up to 2010's High Violet.

Bandmemeber Matt Berninger said of the album to NME: "It's a record about getting older, and all the fascinations and headaches that go with that. But it's not grim, honestly! It's actually pretty fun."

Over the weekend The National had some fun playing their song "Sorrow" live over and over for six hours straight at a gallery in New York. The extended performance was part of a collaboration with artist Ragnar Kjartansson called A Lot Of Sorrow. The National ended up playing the track 105 times.
