Britney Spears shows off her toned figure on the cover of the latest issue of Shape, and reveals how she got so fit on the magazines inside pages.
"I'm doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio — hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez," she tells Shape.
"The [Vegas] performances won't be simple — they'll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed."
Spears also revealed to Shape that she follows the Nutrisystem program, having a shake for breakfast and lunch plus a dinner of protein and veggies. She also said that keeps herself from indulging in foods she makes for her sons, especially chocolate chip cookies.
