PetSmart, Inc. (PETM) said Monday that it has appointed Carrie Teffner as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective June 3.
Teffner brings more than 20 years of management experience to PetSmart, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Weber-Stephen Products LLC, a manufacturer and exporter of barbecue grills and accessories worldwide.
Before joining Weber-Stephen Products, Teffner served as the chief financial officer for The Timberland Co., a global manufacturer and retailer of outdoors wear, for two years. From 1988 to 2009, Teffner worked for the Sara Lee Corp.
