Gainers:

Tesla Motors, Inc. (TSLA) is rising over 6 percent to $93.70.

Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (TTWO) is up 7 percent to $17.56 and PDI, Inc. (PDII) is surging 32 percent to $5.39 following the release of their quarterly results.

Decliners:

Vodafone Group (VOD) is down 1 percent to $29.34. Verizon Wireless, the mobile-phone joint venture of Verizon Communications (VZ) and Vodafone, plans to pay its owners a dividend of $7 billion.

Nielsen Holdings N.V. (NLSN) is down 0.43 percent to $34.86 based on the news about a secondary public offering of 35 million shares of common stock by certain existing shareholders at $35.01 per share.

Cree, Inc. (CREE) is down 4 percent to $58.60.
