The company expects to report third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.60 to $0.64 and between $2.70 and $2.85 for the full year 2013. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.74 and $2.88. The stock is now up 0.78 on 192K shares.
Agilent Technologies climbed for the bulk of the afternoon Tuesday and finished with a gain of 0.93 at $43.97. The stock rose to a 1-month high.
