TearLab Corp. (TEAR) reported a first quarter loss of $0.30 per share after the bell Monday, compared to the loss of $0.44 per share a year ago.
TearLab gapped up sharply Tuesday and rose above the session's range going into the close. The stock finished up by 1.38 at $9.34 on the highest volume of the year. TearLab broke out of a week and a half long range and set a new high for the year.
