Internet Initiative Japan Inc (IIJI) reported full year net Income attributable to IIJ of JPY 5.301 billion or $56.3 million, up 45.6% from JPY 3.641 billion in the prior year.
Operating Income grew 22.0% to JPY7.753 billion or $82.3 million from JPY 6.353 billion a year earlier.
Revenues rose 9.2% to JPY106.248 billion or $1.128 billion from JPY 97.315 billion in the previous year.
Looking ahead, the company targets the increase of revenue and operating income by 10.1% and 21.2% YoY for fiscal 2013. The company expects fiscal 2013 revenues of JPY117 billion, operating income of JPY9.4 billion and net income attributable to IIJ of JPY6.0 billion. For 2013, the company targets to pay a total dividend of JPY22.00 per share of common stock
