water utility company Severn Trent Plc (SVT.L) said its board, after a review with its advisers, has rejected the proposal from the consortium and concluded that the proposal completely fails to recognise the existing and potential value of Severn Trent.
Accordingly, the Board has informed about the rejection of the proposal to the Consortium, comprising Borealis Infrastructure Management Inc., the Kuwait Investment Office and Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited.
